While there is STRICTLY LIMITED USE of uploaded data FOR DECLARATION PREPARATION ONLY, and further, while PROCESSED FILES ARE DELETED upon successful XML generation; it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to manage their account/files in a disciplined, auditable way.
